About the Advisory
The Sovereignty Council Advisory for Organizations and Humanitarian Affairs is a Sudanese government advisory that manages and regulates policies for all humanitarian work carried out in Sudan. It operates under Sudanese law, technical agreements, and bilateral agreements, working to unify local and international efforts to face disasters and crises, and ensure that support reaches those in need in an effective and organized manner.
