The Centre for Global Peace and Development (CGPD)
The Centre for Global Peace and Development (CGPD) is a Sudanese national non-profit organization working in humanitarian action, peacebuilding, protection, development, and the capacity strengthening of national actors. CGPD supports the establishment of representative national structures and the development of a national strategy for the localization of humanitarian action in line with the Grand Bargain commitments. The Centre also conducts research and produces analysis and policy guidance on conflict and humanitarian access, while supporting local governance, dialogue, community participation, and peacebuilding in Sudan. CGPD is registered with the Humanitarian Aid Commission under Registration No. 206/2024.
